That was a great two hours....

素敵な２時間でした・・・。

昨年受賞させて頂いた "World best vegetable restaurant award" （Japan部門にてディスカバリー賞2021をいただきました）の会長を務めるFranc Fol（フランク　フォル）氏がわざわざベルギーから会いに来てくれました。新型コロナも少し落ち着き始め、やっと世の中の人々が動き始めたことを実感しますね。

TSUSHIMIはまだオープンしていなかったので、ちゃんと食事を御用意できませんでしたが、たくさんのお土産もいただき、 そして久しぶりの外国からの来客に、非日常的なとても楽しい2時間でした。 来年は東京でイベントを計画されているようで、今から楽しみですね。 ありがとうございました。

Franc Fol, the president of the "World best vegetable restaurant award" that won the award last year (we TSU・SHI・MI received the Discovery Award 2021 in the Japan category), came all the way from Belgium to meet us.

He came. The new corona virus has begun to calm down a little, and I feel that people in the world have finally begun to move.

TSUSHIMI wasn't open yet, so we couldn't prepare a meal for him, but we got a lot of surprises.

And it was an extraordinary and very enjoyable 2 hours for foreign visitors after a long absence.

It seems that an event is planned in Tokyo next year, so I'm looking forward to it from now on.
